Do I need to register or sign up first to go to a support group?
Nope, just show up at our office location (124 N Water St) and be ready to eat pizza 🙂
What is the vibe like?
We strive to make our support groups fun, friendly, and a place where you feel supported! It’s a casual environment where folks can share their thoughts and experiences.
I’m a little nervous….can I talk to a facilitator first?
Email us at [email protected], and we can arrange a phone call or zoom with a facilitator.
Do I need to pay anything?
Nope! Our support groups are completely free.
