Sacred Connections provides Reiki sessions as well as teaching Usui Reiki classes: levels 1, 2 and 3. We also offer journaling workshops, creative writing classes, and writing retreats. Sacred Connections facilitates retreats offering opportunities for spiritual growth, creativity, empowerment and community building.
As a member of the LGBTQ community, I understand the importance of finding businesses and professionals who are welcoming, inquire about what pronouns to use, and who don't assume every family is built the same way. Sacred Connections is a lesbian owned business and is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for all individuals. We are involved in Rockford Area Pride events and will continue to volunteer in affirming LGBTQ events.
