Midwest Reproductive Health Care provides compassionate, patient-centered reproductive healthcare in Rockford, Illinois. Our services include medication and procedural abortion care, contraception and birth control counseling, pregnancy testing and ultrasound, miscarriage management support, follow-up care, and referrals for additional reproductive health services.
Through the Rockford Family Planning Foundation, we also expand access to care through community-based programs, including a Community Pantry for patients, abortion doula training, provider and resident training, and community outreach and education.
