Goodwill is a local nonprofit with several thrift retail stores. We also have a robust mission services department that seeks to improve the communities we operate in by supporting individuals through education, job skills training, and wraparound services that break down barriers to employment and empower long-term success.
Goodwill operates several locations throughout the community. All locations are ADA accessible. Not all locations have gender-neutral restrooms.
At Goodwill, fostering a culture of belonging is who we are. We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, and respected in our stores, programs, and workplaces. Joining the Rainbow Guide is important to us because it signals to the LGBTQ+ community that Goodwill is not only a place to shop or work but also a space where authenticity and inclusion are celebrated. Our Goodwill value - Appreciate our Differences - speaks very openly to the idea that we want everyone to feel like Goodwill is a safe space and that everyone can be their unique self. Across our organization, we prioritize inclusive hiring practices, employee training, and policies that uphold equity and respect for all identities. Externally, we seek partnerships and community engagement opportunities that amplify all voices and create pathways for opportunity.
