We provide opportunities to gather on Sunday morning worship services in which people of all spiritual paths are welcome. We also have soul garden programs which include education, art, spiritual reflection programs. We offer ceremonies for the wheel of year festivals, retreats and other nature based spirituality programs.

Emmanuel Lutheran Church has been a welcoming and affirming congregation for many years. We are the only Reconciling in Christ congregation in the Rockford area. We are safe and welcoming spiritual community which engages in affirmation and advocacy for all in the LGBTQIA+ community.
