I am a licensed clinical counselor in Illinois, Wisconsin and Texas. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse people and their support networks. I work exclusively online so that clients can be in their own comfortable environment. I also specialize in depression, anxiety and grief work.
Joining the Rainbow Guide is vitally important for me because the LGBTQ+ community needs to feel a sense of comfort and belonging. As a licensed counselor, I believe in the inherent worth of every human being. I have almost 20 years of experience working with all the letters of the LGBTQ+ family and their significant others, family, friends and allies. My husband and I have been together since 2009 and I was the first person he came out to as a trans man. I am not only comfortable with sexual and gender identity but also with those in the BDSM and poly communities. I have an especially deep connection with those who are neurodiverse. I am really looking forward to meeting the wonderfully unique Rockford folks.
