Looking for connection, community, and a safe space to be yourself? In Transition is a monthly peer-led support group for Trans, Nonbinary, and Gender Nonconforming adults.

We meet on the 4th Friday of every month to share stories, offer support, and build community in an affirming, judgment-free space.

Come as you are — pizza and drinks are on us!
